The First Snowfall
Alexa can't wait for the first snowfall of the year. Where she
lives, the snow usually begins to fall in October and snow
covers the ground until April. Alexa and her brothers, Evan and
Connor, love to ice-skate and slide on their sleds on the big hill
in front of their house.
One morning in late September, Alexa wakes up early to find
the ground covered in snow. Alexa runs to Evan and Connor to
tell them the good news. The first snow has come early this
year! After breakfast, they quickly run outside with their sleds.
It is going to be a great day!
